The Hatch team have many years experience in film advertising and design as designers, atworkers and illustrators. From conception to final artwork we have been responsible for every stage of a film poster's life. Some of the projects we have taken on this complete journey include Swing, The Safety Of Objects, Rumblefish, Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom, The Boat, Slipstream, Brainstorm, Strictly Ballroom, Hellraiser and Peggy Sue Got Married.
Many more projects have required our artworking skills at a later date and we have had the pleasure of working on The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, Nanny McPhee, Bridget Jones, The King's Speech, Mamma Mia, The Austin Powers films, Evita, Lincoln, Shaun Of The Dead, Made In Dagenham, A Single Man, Wall Street, Robin Hood, Valkyrie and many, many more.
We have worked for numerous clients within the film industry, but most notable perhaps was our time with Entertainment Film Distributors where we produced all of the advertising materials for their every film and home entertainment release.

Advertising and Design
With The King's Speech we were responsible for the entire press campaign for the film. Reacting to the film's success and special occasions such as Valentine's Day or events such as the Golden Globes, we altered the adverts almost daily to keep the campaign fresh.

Lionel Logue: Why are you here then?
King George VI: Because I bloody well stammer!
Typesetting skills are essential in film adverstising as well as having a well-trained eye, capable of creating an attractive layout and bringing attention to the important elements. Add in the ability to turn around ads in no time at all so the last minute bookings still make the newspapers and your job is done.
